CAR-T Gene Therapy to be approved in Alberta
The Government of Alberta and Alberta Health Services (AHS) have announced that CAR-T Gene therapy will now become approved within the province.
The therapy will be provided at The Tom Baker and Cross Cancer Centers. This is a novel, and state of the art therapy that Albertans with cancerous blood conditions, and their providers are welcoming. Below is a video of the announcement from AHS, as well as an article by CTV Calgary.
